We're delighted to announce we have an upcoming LEAP Taster session on Thursday 31 March 2022, 1:30pm - 3:30pm.

If you are aged 16-18, not in education, employment or training then our LEAP course is for you!

John Ruskin College in South Croydon will be running a short LEAP course that can support you with your Learning, Employability and Progression.

The LEAP course is a great way to ease you into College life, prepare and support you with building the skills you’ll need for the future, whether that be in employment or a future training course.

Come along to our LEAP Taster session to meet us, see the College and find out about the LEAP course!

LEAP Taster Session schedule Thursday 31 March 2022, 1.30pm - 3.30pm
1.15pm - 1.30pm	Welcome drinks and snacks
1.30pm - 2pm	Overview of John Ruskin College We’ll break down everything you need to know about JRC including the finance and wellbeing support we offer. The LEAP course Find out all about the LEAP course and how it can support you in your journey.
2pm - 2.30pm	Tour of the College Hairdressing and spa salons Sports hall, gym and football field Plumbing, carpentry, and painting workshops Creative and digital art studios & television production studio Science laboratories Learning Resource Centre and canteen
2.30pm – 3.30pm	One to one chat This is where we get to find out about you. We’ll be able to give you personalised information, advice, and guidance about your next steps. You can also join the LEAP course if you feel it’s right for you.
