Working alongside Jobcentre Plus and local employers, we deliver programmes that help people move into work by building confidence, developing practical skills and creating real opportunities.
Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs)
Sector-Based Work Academy Programmes (SWAPs) support people who are unemployed or in low-paid work to move into a specific industry. Each programme includes sector-specific training, a work placement and a guaranteed job interview. Current opportunities are available in construction, education and healthcare.
King’s Trust
The 12-week King’s Trust programme helps you build the skills and confidence to progress into employment, apprenticeships or further study. Through a team residential, community projects and work experience, you develop teamwork, motivation and personal growth in a supportive environment.
