This Apprenticeship programme will be delivered at East Surrey College, Redhill. For this apprenticeship standard, we will provide the training in college that covers the elements a level 2 motor vehicle mechanic would be completing in the workplace. We will also support you with the completion of the portfolio they need to complete in readiness for their end point assessment. We will then support you with guidance on the training on specific items in the workplace and preparation for the End Point Assessment. General Welder (Arc Processes) Level 2 Apprenticeship (Apprenticeship)
This Apprenticeship programme will be delivered at East Surrey College, Redhill. Welding apprentices will receive formal tuition in our workshop alongside theory sessions to support their role in the workplace. This new apprenticeship standard requires the apprentices to pass nationally recognised welder assessments which will include destructive and non-destructive tests carried out by qualified inspection personnel.
