Art, Design & Media Level 2 Extended Certificate (Full Time)

This course will allow you the chance to experience a wide range of Art & Design principles and techniques, from drawing and painting to photography and graphic design. This course is very hands-on and will help you to develop and unlock your creative potential whilst honing your design skills. You will be introduced to specialist equipment and software to help you succeed and progress to Level 3 courses in the Creative Industries.

Beauty Therapy Level 2 Diploma (Full Time)

You will gain a recognised qualification to practice Beauty Therapy. The course will involve both practical and theory classes. During the practical lessons, you will work in a realistic salon environment and will be expected to carry out beauty therapy treatments on clients, once you have reached a certain level of ability

You will also take part in work experience and a work based project during non-college days.

Business Level 2 Extended Certificate (Full Time)

This exciting course will help develop your knowledge and practical skills within business settings, providing you with stepping stones for entry to employment or further study. You will also complete a mandatory work experience placement in a retail setting.

Business Management Level 3 Extended Diploma (Full Time)

This course will give you practical experience in business. Your work experience is carried out in a business setting. It will develop the necessary knowledge and understanding to provide a sound, basic business education.

Carpentry & Joinery Level 1 Diploma (Full Time)

This Level 1 qualification provides an introduction to carpentry and joinery skills. It allows students to learn, develop and practise the skills required for employment and/or career progression in carpentry or joinery.

Carpentry & Joinery Level 2 Diploma (Full Time)

After learning the basic skills at Level 1, you can follow one of two routes: Site carpenters will work on building sites erecting and fitting timber. Bench carpenters will manufacture items such as roof trusses and staircases ready to be delivered to the building site to be installed by the site carpenters.

Computing Level 3 Extended Diploma (Full Time)

This is a practical, work-related course which develops the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to provide a sound, basic IT education. You will do work experience which is directly related to your course.

Construction Multi-Skills Level 1 Diploma (Full Time)

This is a basic construction course that is an introduction to several disciplines that form part of the construction industry.

Creative Media Practice Level 3 Diploma (Full Time)

Design & Development for Engineering & Manufacturing (Electrical & Electronic) T Level (Full Time)

This course is designed to provide you with the core contexts, concepts and theories required for the Engineering industry and is ideal for those interested in a career as a Mechanical Engineer. This qualification requires a mandatory 315 hours (minimum) industry placement which will develop your technical skills and allow you to apply your knowledge in a workplace environment; which you must undertake and complete in order to be successfully certified.

Digital Production, Design & Development T Level (Full Time)

This qualification has been developed for those who want to progress to a career in the digital sector, with a focus on software design and development. You will learn the skills and knowledge needed to design, implement and test software while also considering ethical principles and legal or regulatory requirements, and how to maintain and support software and analyse problems. This qualification requires a mandatory 315 hours (minimum) industry placement which you must undertake and complete in order to be successfully certified.

Early Years Practitioner Level 2 Diploma (NCFE CACHE) (Full Time)

Preparing For Independent Living & Employment Entry Level 3 (Full Time)

Units including Communication, Health Needs, Problem-Solving, Dealing with Queries and Requests and Career Progression will help students develop the necessary skills. Students will also develop English and Maths which are part of the course.

Public Services Level 2 Extended Certificate (Full Time)

This is a practical, work-related course, which develops the necessary skills, knowledge and understanding to provide you with a sound, basic public services grounding. This qualification will give you experience in a wide range of skills from leadership, teamwork and verbal and non-verbal communication. You will also complete work experience or a work based project during non-college days.

Skills For Independence & Work Entry Level 3 (Full Time)

The course is designed to help students prepare for independent living and future employment. Units including Healthy Living, Cooking at Home and Enterprise will help students develop the necessary skills. Students will also develop English and Maths which are part of the course.

Uniformed Protective Services Level 3 Extended Diploma (Full Time)

This course is disciplined, practical, and offers a wide range of subject areas that will prepare students for careers within the uniformed services. Trips including residentials are organised to relate your learning to the world outside College which will include indoor climbing, water based sports and expeditions. It uses practical activities, presentations and involvement with local public services wherever possible. You will also take part in work experience or a work based project during non-college days.
