JRC offers a range of courses to enable you to work for an airline, airport, travel agency or tour operator.

You will develop customer service skills and gain a valuable insight into this highly competitive industry. JRC maintains excellent links with local employers so that students benefit from guest speakers and working with a range of employers.


Your studies will include:

Air Cabin Crew – Level 2 Diploma

Assessment: Assessments include some written assignment tasks, short tests, observations and a portfolio of evidence to cover coursework.

WHY STUDY THIS COURSE?
This course has been designed especially for those who wish to pursue a career in the airline industry as cabin crew. This qualification can help you secure your first job working in a cabin crew team.

You will learn how to co-ordinate a safe flight: preparing the cabin, getting the passengers aboard, demonstrating safety procedures, as well as learning how to deal with emergencies.
