This two year business course is divided into units which cover topics such as marketing and business organisations, but you will also study business finance and accounting as specialist topics. This will include accounting systems, finance and financial services. The units will give you relevant knowledge, understanding and skills so you can progress into work in business or to university.
While studying this course you will complete a two-week work experience placement in a business.
If you join this course you will also have the opportunity to be selected for the Academy of Finance. This is part of Career Academies UK which is a two year programme for 16-19 year olds, supported by some of the biggest names in British Business (see separate leaflet).
