You will choose your pathway and also complete a specific Level 2 certificate in fitness instructing as well as learning to deal with accidents and emergencies, motivate clients and evaluate and develop you own practice. Additional support workshops will help you complete your session planning and analysis. There will also be a day in College where your Maths and English skills will be extended so that you are better equipped for work.

You will be able to work in a gym or hall and instruct individuals or groups to improve their fitness levels. The course also comes with Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS) points that make you more employable in the Sport & active Leisure Industry.
