After I finish the First Diploma in Business, I am planning to stay at John Ruskin College and move onto the next level which is BTEC National Diploma.
I applied to John Ruskin College because it looked like an enjoyable environment to be in. The people seemed friendly and teachers seemed helpful. The college also had all the right courses I wanted to do, and it felt like a safe place to come and gain my qualifications.
The things I have enjoyed most about the college are the activities available to me. They give you an opportunity to participate in college life by giving you options of different enrichment activities. I have also enjoyed my course, mainly because of the friendly students and all my supportive teachers.

On completion of the course I hope to go to university to study computer systems engineering, so that I can use the skills that I have obtained from studying at John Ruskin College.
I applied to John Ruskin College because I felt it was good for me and because of the research I did, this allowed me to find out more about the college and what they had to offer. John Ruskin College really invests in helping their students to pass.
The things I have enjoyed most about the college are the free gym membership, programming in my course, opening computers and the prayer room.

On completion of the course I hope to go on to London College of Fashion to study pattern cutting in fashion design.
I applied to John Ruskin College because I knew I could get a lot out of the course. The students are also given no boundaries to what they can achieve and produce.
The thing I have enjoyed most about the college is dancing which is in the enrichment programme. I also attend the girls’ basket ball team activities after college. The library has a lot of books which are helpful for my course ranging from comics and fantasy art to architecture.

On completion of the course I hope to go on to university to study a degree in adult nursing and after, a midwifery course to become the best midwife and represent John Ruskin College.
I applied to John Ruskin College because it is one of the best colleges in Surrey. It has a fully resourced library and IT suite which enables me to complete my course work. It has counselling and careers advice which has enabled me cope with stress and the day to day activity of getting to college on time and managing my coursework.
The things I have enjoyed most about the college are the teachers who are friendly and supportive. I feel very safe in our college. I enjoy the Study Skills Area where it is so quiet and I can get support to do my work and meet other students.

On completion of the course I hope to further my education at university. I have applied to study BA Business with Marketing Management, either at Royal Holloway or Westminster. I would like to gain experience in this field as I have not studied business in the past and would like a change. I have enjoyed studying IT for the last 3 years as I have gained experience and knowledge within this field as well as gaining a understanding within the business field.
